Bobby Tenna plays guitar

Bobby Tenna is a rising star in the reggae industry. The multi talented, singer, song writer, and producer brings a fresh new voice and songs with powerful and uplifting messages to the Reggae community and beyond. In 2007 Bobby reached a long awaited goal, releasing his first album, Give Thanx 4 Life. This album includes thirteen original tracks of conscious music, and is in heavy rotation on radio stations world wide. 2008 also saw the release of three singles in Jamaica, Nah Easy, Children of the world and Ghetto well red produced by Wilefiya Inc Productions garnering rave reviews.

Hailing from Orange district in the parish of St. James Jamaica, Bobby Tenna has dedicated his musical career to the upliftment of Jah people through words and songs. Music has always been a major part of Bobby’s life. His passion was ignited in church, as a young boy he was a member of the choir, and as a teen he was a part of one of the best accapella groups in the Montego Bay area. He soon made his way to Kingston where he recorded singles for producers Smiley Minot and Junior Fraser, to name a few. The journey continued as a cabaret singer in many of the top, resorts across the island. Bobby says “Performing in the hotels was like going to college, it allowed me to perfect my craft”. The past year have been spent performing and writing music and recording material for his much anticipated sophomore album, Words an Melody set for release summer 2009
